By participating in our training programs or events, participants agree to:

• Follow all instructions from Exploit3rs trainers and staff

• Use knowledge gained for ethical and legal purposes only

• Not attempt to compromise, damage, or disrupt systems without explicit permission

• Respect the privacy and property of other participants and organizations

All skills taught by Exploit3rs are intended for defensive security purposes, vulnerability assessment, and authorized security testing. Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and to obtain proper authorization before testing any system or network.

Exploit3rs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.
